The right time or age?

It is said that there is time for everything, but some things just happened unplanned. When we grow up our parents often say do not rush into things. Well I don't know if I'd agree with that, if something is happening at that time then that means the time for that particular thing has arrived. Is there a right time to have a child? if there is who made that 'law'?; Is there a right time to start dating? who made that 'law/rule'?; is there a time to stop studying? is there a right time to get into marriage? is there a right time to loose your virginity? is there maybe a right age for one to be baptised? well all these things and many more are things that raise eyebrows and get people talking or often hear "she/he's too young for that or too old". What I would like to know is who actually 'set' an age for these things to happen. No one has control over such issues and I think nothing happens by mistake it is all up to the individual. If two people get married at the age of 19/20 years then it's their choice to get married because they feel they are ready. If a girl falls pregnant then it's because she feels ready to be a mother.if i want to be baptised at age 9 then it's my choice. I just think all these things are determined by maturity and willingness.

If I were the boss?

Maybe I should rather say when I am the boss instead of If I were the boss....hhhmmm!anyway...
If I were the boss I would hire people people who are driven, eager to learn, positive, people with tenacity, young, vibrant, ambitious, creative, influencial, and working towards the same vision as I. I would get people who share the same values and principles as I do. I would share the knowledge and experience that I have with others. As the boss it would be my responsibilty to give credit where it's due, recognised each and every employees talents, acknowledge hard working individuals as this would keep them going and inspired. I would value my staff and include them in the decision making process. I would be a very understanding boss and a friend to my people (to a certain extent though) because then if im very friendly they  wouldn't separate business and pleasure. I would be gratefull to those who take initiative and come up with new ideas rather than people not knowing what they are doing at work and waiting to be told what to do all the time. I would respect and understand my employees instead of treating them like non humans. However, I would not tolarate lazyness and procrastination. If a person makes my life as the boss a living hell, I would show them where the door is. I woud not stand for gossip and jelousy. I would not stand in the way of people wanting to spread their wings and make their dreams come true. I would spend as much time making their dreams come true as i do my own. In most cases when people resign from their work it's not because they dont enjoy their work, they leave their bosses, so I would try at all times to be the world's best boss.
